Flame is a recipe-import and grocery checkout assistant. By using Flame, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Scope
Flame imports recipe-related text from social links, helps organize ingredients, and provides checkout handoff links to third-party retailers such as Instacart.
2. Third-Party Services
Checkout and purchasing are completed on third-party platforms. Flame does not process payments or guarantee product availability, pricing, or delivery windows.
3. Content and Accuracy
Imported recipe data may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients, quantities, allergens, and preparation steps before cooking or checkout.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Flame, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or use the product for unlawful activity.
5. Affiliate and Attribution
Flame may earn referral commissions from checkout handoffs. Creator attribution metadata may be stored for commission-sharing workflows.
6. Disclaimer
Flame is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
7. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flame is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
