Common issues

• If import fails, make sure you are signed in and the social link is public.
• If the app looks blank, refresh once and try again on a stable connection.
• If install prompts do not appear, use Add to Home Screen on iPhone or Install on Android.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from inside Flame by opening the Account panel and choosing Delete account.
